bidadoo is seeking energetic, self-driven, customer focused, experienced individuals to fill positions throughout the United States.
Work in a fast-paced enviornment providing world class customer service in support of our international buyers and sellers. Support our online auctions, sales, and remarketing services by establishing relationships with clients and maintain on-going communications to exceed customer expectations. Position requires excellent communication skills, problem solving and leadership qualities, and a multi-tasker with attention to detail. You will be an integral part of the team and provide proactive feedback for continuous improvement of the company's service offerings and competitive positioning.
In this role you will be inspecting construction and industrial-related equipment and machinery for online sale and remarketing. This includes detailed mechanical inspections, preparation, research, detailed descriptions, photography/video, and auction listings to remarket and sale equipment and trucks on a global basis. If you have experience in heavy construction equipment and trucks, combined with good communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity to consider.
Work with new and existing accounts, building long term customer relationships. Employ a wide range of skills and work with a broad range of primarily used construction and industrial equipment, selling our auction, remarketing, eCommerce and other services. You will engage with companies in various equipment-related industries, including construction, equipment manufacturing, equipment finance, equipment sales and rental, mining, transportation, utilities, government, and others. You will aggressively source new business opportunities as well as maintain existing relationships through a combination of techniques, including networking, cold calling, advertising, direct mailings with follow-up, and other proactive prospecting methods.
